Audrey Seech
Audrey is dedicated to creating a space that allows for play and exploration as a way to build confidence in one’s physical & mental capabilities. After spending her childhood playing multiple sports, she found yoga in college as a new “sport” she had yet to attempt. Her first teacher, Liz Crosby, was so infectiously enthusiastic about the teachings of yoga & the importance of exploring the endless possibilities that after a few months of attending her classes, Audrey realized she was hooked. What started as a new athletic venture soon became an outlet that allowed her Type A brain the space to be creative & explore new realms of play while still getting the physical workout that she craved. Somewhere along the way, the mind & spirit benefits of yoga started to unfold in her life as well, and she found her mat to be her grounding place when working through life’s stresses or challenges. After a few years of developing her own practice, Audrey felt a strong desire to give back to the yoga community. She wanted to provide to others what had been given to her: a space to play, explore, & develop skills that stretch so far beyond the yoga mat. In the fall of 2022, she attended Park City School of Yoga to attain her 200 Hour Teacher Training. With this training, she not only gained a greater technical knowledge of the physical part of yoga, but also gained a deeper understanding & respect of the spirituality of it as well. While much of her practice is vinyasa focused, she has been fortunate to learn from several teachers who focused on Kundalini which left lasting impressions.
Audrey resonates so deeply with Empowers intention and strives to give every student the opportunity to explore their body’s physical & mental boundaries in a space that allows them to come away feeling more confident, resilient & stronger than they thought possible. Because of this desire, her focus is on powerful vinyasa flows & sculpt classes along with the breathwork & meditations that help integrate these strong practices into one’s spirit.
